Job Details
To operate and monitor all systems within the control room efficiently, ensuring that security operations are conducted in compliance with company standards and procedures.
The role involves continuous surveillance, accurate incident recording, and prompt escalation to the Security Officer or Security Coordinator.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of ND/NCE in any field.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience as a CCTV Operator in an industrial or corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems, video management software, and radio communication.
• Understanding of access control and alarm systems.
• Certification in CCTV or Security Operations (added advantage).
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Technical knowledge of surveillance systems.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, CCTV software).
Working Conditions
• Shift-based role (including weekends and night shifts).
• May involve prolonged hours of screen monitoring.
• High level of concentration and alertness required.
