Job Summary

• Manager, Talent Management/TA will align business objectives with employees and management. • To drive talent management, learning & development initiatives within the human capital function of Sunbeth Global Concepts and its subsidiaries.

Job Details

• Oversee Talent Management, Resourcing, Learning & Development. 

• Ensure that Talent Management initiatives are integrated with the overall strategic plan for the organization, as well as other PM processes & plans. 

• Develop and lead the delivery of Talent Management initiatives including career and succession planning and Management, leadership development programs, coaching and mentoring programs, etc. 

• Lead the delivery of strategic recruitment initiatives e.g., Graduate Trainee Programme, Internship program etc. 

• Co-ordinate the evaluation and selection of training consultants and institutions to provide/deliver approved learning and development programs to employees and other external vendors. 

• Support the delivery of employee engagement and employee retention initiatives across the organization. 

• Support with the engagement of regulators and relevant authorities to ensure 100% compliance and qualification for reimbursements at the financial year-end. 

• Prepare and deliver Management, Board/other presentations, dashboards, and reports as required. 

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. 

• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of cross-functional working and team cohesion, in partnership with consultants/partners as necessary. 

• Build clear processes, systems, and sustainable structures to ensure the team's smooth operation. 

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a pool of qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, and consultants to expand sourcing channels

• Develop and implement assessment and selection processes, utilizing various tools such as structured interviews, psychometric tests, and technical assessments

Requirements

Educational Requirements 

 • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • MBA is an added advantage

Professional Requirements 

• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) or any relevant certificate. 

Experience Requirements 

• 5-8 years working in Human Resources. • At least 5 years experience within/leading the Talent Management/TA/OD/resourcing function.
